About the Role As a People Partner at ASM, you will be part of the Global People team and help shape the people strategy across the organization. This role supports ASM’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and sustainability, and contributes to the growth and development of ASMers as the company drives innovations in 5G, cloud, AI and autonomous driving. ASM has been at the forefront of technology for over 55 years, with more than 4,500 ASMers representing 70 nationalities.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into people plans and initiatives.
- Drive talent development, performance management, succession planning and employee relations in a global, diverse environment.
- Advise on workforce planning, compensation philosophy, policy interpretation and change management to support growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote inclusive culture and implement programs aligned with ASM's values.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with leaders across functions and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business to deliver people strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes, data analytics and employment law; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Global or multi-national experience a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the semiconductor/tech industry or high-growth technology organizations.
- Multilingual capabilities and experience with various cultures and regions.
