About the role
As People Ops Specialist – Health & Safety, Labor Compliance and Equality Plan you will be the internal point of reference on occupational health and safety, and a go-to person for the team's day-to-day. Working closely with our external prevention service, our labor advisors and the People Ops teams in our Business Units around the world; Mexico, Germany, Galicia & Madrid, you will keep us compliant, keep our processes aligned across countries, and make sure the people here feel taken care of. It's an ideal role for someone with a strong service mindset, real rigor, and a genuine drive to make an impact on people's wellbeing and safety.
