Lead and support projects focused on evidence synthesis to inform health technology assessment submissions, market access/HEOR activities, and related health economics projects. This role provides leadership and mentorship within the team, ensuring rigorous, defendable methods and high-quality deliverables while collaborating with clients and cross-functional colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership to ensure projects are underpinned by strong and defendable evidence synthesis concepts and methods
- Execute projects that meet client expectations and manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects
- Set project scope, strategy, and timelines; delegate activities to and supervise junior staff and contractors
