Job title: People Insights Business Partner

About the Role The People Insights Business Partner is part of Veralto's HR team in Mexico and will be remote. You will deliver HR analytics, partner with HR BPs and COE leaders, and translate business needs into analytics that drive data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver HR analytics, metrics, insights, and predictive workforce analyses that enable data-driven decision-making and inform business and talent strategies across the organization.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and COE leaders to translate business needs into analytics use cases, generating outcome-oriented insights that enable action.
  • Enable HR Leaders and HRBPs to understand and track key workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, DEI, talent pipeline) by providing ad hoc data support, dashboard and metric design guidance, and tools.
  • Support identification of evidence-based solutions and execution of analytics use cases across the People Insights portfolio, driving measurable business value.
  • Craft compelling data stories to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring actionable clarity.
  • Ensure data governance standards are understood and consistently applied, maintaining data accuracy and accessibility across reporting tools and analytics workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the People Insights function by identifying new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Provide end-to-end project management for analytic initiatives, from requirements through delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related social science, business, or quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience applying analytics methods to workforce or talent challenges, with ability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Experience using SQL or similar languages to extract, transform, analyze, and validate workforce data.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., One Model, Workday), advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or similar.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dashboard design and data storytelling; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and statistical methods for workforce insights.
