About the Role
We have a current opening for a Canada BU People Generalist - Toronto and are actively reviewing applications.
The People Generalist – Toronto supports the Toronto PBP with day-to-day operations related to the full employee lifecycle. They are in charge of maintaining system’s data accuracy, compliance related to documentation, support in respecting Toronto’s related projects from a P&O standpoint and acting as a point of contact for all COEs/Corporate PBPs interaction in support of the Toronto PBP.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports the Canada BU PBP in the preparation of documents aimed at the resolution of employee relations issues. Supports in the application of local employment standards/legislation while respecting consistency and compliance of company practices.
