What you'll do
- Lead People Onboarding sessions: Coordinate and optimize calendar invites and scheduling for new hires, analyzing attendance rates and feedback to continuously improve the process. Design and facilitate onboarding presentations, communicating Factorial's story, mission, vision, and values — measuring the impact of these sessions through satisfaction surveys and early retention data.
