This onsite role supports shaping leadership capability and people development to drive LEONI's transformation in the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
- Drives delivery of learning, talent management, culture and leadership services and solutions
- Collaborate with business units to implement development initiatives and culture programs
- Monitor outcomes and continuously improve learning offerings
- Partner with HR and leadership to align people strategy with business goals
What We're Looking For
- Bac + 5 education
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive sector
- Proficiency in French and English
