Job Description
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive personnel files, leave records, and medical documentation in compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policies
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees, creating a welcoming experience from day one
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processes
- Manage compliance with Social Security and statutory procedures specific to Indian employment regulations
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives, company announcements, and employee engagement events that strengthen organizational culture
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and transparency
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic people decisions and support organizational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in personnel administration, timekeeping management, and employee record maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organizational levels
- Experience in employee engagement, culture building, or internal communications
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights
- Empathetic listener with genuine interest in supporting employee well-being and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
