What You'll Do

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle improvements
• Lead talent development data analysis and propose improvements
• Promote culture as well as inclusion and manage succession planning
• Drive stakeholder management from HQ to local teams; manage multiple projects concurrently
• Build data-driven decision making and mindset changes throughout the organization

What We're Looking For

• Essential: 3+ years of planning and operating training and learning programs
• Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot) and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Japanese communication; business-level English writing and conversation for HQ interactions
• Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain confidentiality with integrity

Nice to Have

• Experience in organizational development and engagement initiatives
• Talent reviews using 9-box and high-potential identification
• Inclusion-related initiatives
• Engagement surveys and HR data analytics experience
• Stakeholder management from frontline to executive; multitasking across projects
• HR experience in a global company; data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Career consultant certification; Workday or similar HRIS experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 5,000,000–6,000,000 JPY annually (Base salary with annual bonus)
• 6-month probationary period; employment status remains during probation
• Transportation allowance, retirement savings plan, benefits program (Benefit Station), social insurance (health, employment, workers' comp, pension)
• Location: Tokyo; building is non-smoking
• Holidays and Leave: Fully paid annual leave, memorial leave, bereavement; 126+ days off per year
