Position Description
본 직무는 조직의 전략적 파트너로서 우수 인재를 유치, 개발 및 유지하기 위한 인사 전략을 실행/지원함과 동시에, 효율적인 사무 환경 운영을 통해 임직원의 업무 생산성과 만족도를 극대화하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 조직 문화 관리 및 변화 유도를 통해 조직의 원활한 운영과 융화를 지원합니다.
MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- 교육 및 역량개발 운영
- 연간 교육 계획에 따른 교육 프로그램 운영 및 행정 지원
- 사내·외 교육 일정 조율, 교육 신청 및 참석 관리
- 교육 이수 현황 및 교육 효과 모니터링
- 리더십, 직무 역량, 조직문화 교육 프로그램 운영 지원
- 교육 관련 데이터 관리 및 보고 자료 작성
- 조직문화 프로그램 운영 (Blue Spirit)
- Blue Spirit Ambassador Program 및 조직문화 활동 운영 지원
- Town Hall, Workshop, Campaign 등 조직문화 프로그램 기획 및 실행
- 구성원 참여 활성화를 위한 이벤트 및 커뮤니케케이션 기획
- 프로그램 운영 결과 및 피드백 수집·분석
- 다양성·포용성(DEI) 관련 활동 및 캠페인 운영 지원
- 사내 커뮤니케이션
- Town Hall 및 주요 사내 행사 커뮤니케이션 지원
- 임직원 참여도 제고를 위한 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작
- 복리후생지원
- 구내식당, 통근버스, 근무복 등 복리후생 제도 운영 및 협력업체 관리
- 해외 및 국내 출장 관련 행정 업무 지원
- 법인 차량 관리
- 사장 지원 업무
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
자격요건
- 학사 학위 이상
- HR, 조직문화, 교육, 총무 또는 Executive Assistant 관련 업무 경험 3년 이상
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문서 작성 능력
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 활용 능력
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대

- 사내 커뮤니케이션 콘텐츠 제작 경험
- Executive Assistant 또는 경영진 지원 경험
