People Coordinator | San Francisco
Join a high-touch People team where you'll be the hub that keeps everything running smoothly. We're seeking an HR professional with experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle support, HR operations, compliance, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and delivering a white-glove employee experience. You'll partner across teams, own onboarding from start to finish, support HR programs, and help create a thoughtful, people-first workplace.
- 3+ years experience supporting HR administration, employee records, or generalist people operations activities.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and comfort navigating employee data systems and trackers.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor deadlines, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain detailed records.
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, or related HR processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency in preparing or supporting reports and identifying data discrepancies through careful review
