EHA Clinics is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of People and Culture Intern in Kano State, Nigeria.
The successful candidate will support the People and Culture Department in employee records management, recruitment coordination, administrative duties and internal HR operations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or an exemption certificate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Gathering, entering and updating employee information and records.

Maintaining physical and digital personnel databases.

Organising and maintaining confidential company documents and filing systems.

Preparing written correspondence and documentation for the HR department.

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Scheduling interviews, meetings and organisational events.
-
Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.

Screening incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparing responses.

Updating employee records and internal databases with new staff information.

Ensuring the security and confidentiality of company information.
