Our client in the Education & EdTech sector is searching for a People Analytics & Talent Development Specialist based in Dubai.
Role overview
Use workforce data and organisational insights to improve talent acquisition, learning and employee experience.
Key responsibilities

Develop HR dashboards and talent metrics.

Support competency frameworks and learning needs analysis.

Evaluate engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate HR projects and communicate findings.
Qualifications & skills

HR analytics and Excel/BI reporting.

Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality.

Survey design and stakeholder communication.

Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
