Job Description Summary Board Certified Radiation Oncologist with a minimum of five years of experience to serve as a full-time physician, primarily at Chester County Hospital. The successful candidate will serve a dual role as a clinician and Medical Director, responsible for sustaining and growing the patient population and referral base, providing inpatient hospital services as needed, and fulfilling all medico-administrative duties associated with hospital medical staff membership. As Medical Director, the individual will oversee the Radiation Oncology Clinic at Chester County Hospital, reporting to the Network Regional Medical Director, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care, efficient consultation services, streamlined clinical processes, and appropriate treatment protocols.
