About the Role
Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform. Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform. Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution. What You'll Do

Design, build, and optimize Case Types & Stages within Pega to support warranty recovery workflows.

Implement Decision Tables/Rules and SLA configurations to ensure policy compliance and timely case handling.

Create and manage Work Queues & Assignments, Pega Reports & Dashboards to monitor performance.

Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI.

Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform.

Leverage Pega features to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution across stakeholders (Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT). What We're Looking For

5-8 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory skills: Manufacturing Consulting.

Experience with Pega as a core workflow/decisioning platform and exposure to warranty processes.

Strong collaboration, client centricity, and effective communication.

Problem solving, decision making, execution excellence, and learning agility. Nice to Have

Pega certification or deep Pega platform expertise.

Direct experience with OEM warranty recovery initiatives and AI‑enabled automation.

Familiarity with case design, data structures, integrations, and UI in Pega. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $60,000 – $135,000 per year.
