About the Role PEGA Application Developer – Work from the Netherlands or Belgium and make an impact for the Dutch government. In this hybrid role you work 1-2 days per week on-site with the client; the rest of the time you decide where and how you work. Focus on low-code development with Pega, and grow as an expert in this field, contributing to essential software solutions for the public sector. What You'll Do
- Analyze business processes and client needs and translate them into Pega-based solutions.
- Contribute to strategic projects for the Dutch government (Rijksoverheid) as a Pega partner in NL.
- Develop your expertise in low-code development with Pega and help deliver innovative software solutions for the public sector.
- Operate in a hybrid work model with on-site client days and flexible remote work. What We're Looking For
- Experience with PEGA / Pega development or a strong interest to build expertise in Pega.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Interest in delivering digital transformation for the public sector and government projects.
- Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days on-site, remainder remote) and willingness to work from NL or Belgium.
