What You'll Do
- Meet with undergraduate employees and assigned students in the Peer Mentoring Studio
- Meet with faculty supervisor to plan, implement, and assess engagement strategies
- Design and host student staff meetings in the PM Studio
- Disseminate information to staff and mentees campuswide and on social media; communicate strategies to foster academic success in oral and written communication
