Job title: Peer Mentor
About the Role Peer Mentors provide mentoring support to students who apply for mentoring from Antioch University's Seattle campus. This is a part-time, student-focused role with remote work options. The term runs 7/1/2026–6/30/2027 and includes 8 positions, with supervision by Sue Byers and alternate supervision by Ingrid Ingerson. Weekends and evenings are required.
What You'll Do
- Meet with a mentee for 3-5 hours per week, including preparation and resource gathering
- Attend monthly Peer Mentor meetings and participate in training
- Plan and support community-building events
- Serve as an Office Assistant to the Student Services office as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year in a degree program at Antioch University Seattle
- Student in good academic standing
- Service oriented
- Previous mentoring experience is desired
