Job title: Pediatric Physical Therapist/PTA
About the Role A pediatric physical therapy opportunity with Therapy 2000, serving families in Grand Prairie & Arlington as part of our DFW division. This home-based role offers a sign-on bonus and company car included; you will provide pediatric PT services across homes and coordinate with families and other providers.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
- Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
- Complete minimum patient visits weekly and timely chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric PT.
- Use common workplace technology.

- Current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
- Innovative spirit, reliability, and flexible in shifting resources/priorities as needed.
- Ability to use common workplace technology.
- Willingness to work in home-health pediatric setting.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
- Experience in a home-health setting.
- Specialty Certifications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
