Job title: Pediatric Pathologist (MD or DO)
About the Role The Department of Pathology at Dayton Children’s Hospital is seeking to expand its faculty with a MD or DO board-certified pediatric pathologist. This is a full-time employed position and includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. All physicians hold faculty appointments with the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. The faculty member will work as a part of a collaborative team to include 2 additional pathologists, a pathology assistant, and a team of laboratorians.
What You'll Do Primary service responsibilities will be in all shared areas of pediatric pathology (surgical, autopsy, biopsy, cytology and on-call services). The position is in-person/on-site. Work as part of a collaborative team within the Department of Pathology.
What We're Looking For Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology through the American Board of Pathology. Subspecialty certification in Pediatric Pathology. Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Eligible for an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license.
