What you’ll do

• Financial modelling and analytical support for transaction-related workstreams

• Preparation of presentations, investment materials and other internal and external documents

• Support on fundraising materials, investor research and fundraising strategy

• Research on institutional investors and maintenance of investor tracking materials

• Support on DDQs, RFPs and other investor diligence requests

• Assistance with market, sector and company research

• Support on internal policies, procedures and other institution-building workstreams

• General support to the senior team across strategic, transaction and fundraising priorities

• What you'll need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, International Development, or a relevant field.

• Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional relevant experience in investment banking, private equity/infrastructure investing, project finance, consulting or a similar analytical role are required. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Clear writing and presentation skills. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams. Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment. Strong interest in infrastructure, private capital and Latin America.

• Language: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish required.
