A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will lead the development of advanced PCB-based solutions from concept to production, translating technical requirements into robust and manufacturable designs. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, validate designs through testing, and drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and competitive solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead PCB-based development projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production
• Develop PCB-based solutions according to requirements and manufacturability for Interface / Communication, Gate-Controls, High current, Isolation, Cooling capability, etc.
• Create and implement PCB designs based on technical requirements, drawings, and manufacturability considerations.
• Assemble, test, and validate PCB prototypes, ensuring function and performance
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while evaluating emerging technologies, component innovations, and competitor solutions.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in development and production of PCB based (power) electronic components / systems
• Expertise in standards, guidelines and procedures in respect to PCB Development
• Strong understanding of boundary conditions for PCB (power, voltage, current, temperature); future technologies (e.g. embedding, high-power integration) and connection technology (high power, manufacturability, multi-layer PCB stack)
• Experience with laboratory measurement equipment (function generator, Oscilloscope, high performance probes, Impedance analyzer)
