Rightway Healthcare is seeking a PBM Client Success Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote, worldwide role offers a competitive salary range of 55,000 to 75,000 per year, with additional bonus and equity opportunities. The position supports client success within the healthcare and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) space, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our clients and the company. The role provides remote work flexibility, growth opportunities, and exposure to healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PBM clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with Rightway Healthcare solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve desired outcomes and maximize the value of our healthcare technology offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in client success or in healthcare/PBM environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment.
