Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Time Transformation Program Manager to support a major multi-country HR transformation program at Novartis.

Project Jupiter covers Austria, Germany and Belgium and will support the transition from SD Worx to ADP GlobalView and Workforce Software. The assignment spans program governance, design alignment, testing, deployment readiness, go-live and stabilization.

This is an opportunity for a program leader who understands the operational complexity of payroll and time processes and can coordinate multiple countries, vendors and senior stakeholders through a significant change.

What you will do

Establish and maintain program governance, reporting and executive communication.

Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps and dependencies across the participating countries.

Coordinate activities between Novartis and implementation and technology partners, including ADP, Workforce Software and SD Worx.

Support alignment of future payroll and time processes across Austria, Germany and Belgium.

Oversee planning and coordination of data migration, system integrations and testing.

Support payroll testing, including parallel payroll validation and reconciliation.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations across the program.

Coordinate deployment readiness, country-level go-live assessments and cutover planning.

Support hypercare, stabilization and the transition to business-as-usual operations.

Produce program deliverables, milestone documentation and stakeholder reports.

• What we are looking for

• Significant program or transformation management experience in complex, international organizations.

• Proven delivery experience in multi-country payroll transformation.

• Experience with time and attendance transformation or a closely related workforce management program.

• Experience coordinating payroll platform migrations and multiple implementation partners.

• Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, payroll testing and parallel payroll validation.

• Experience managing deployment readiness, cutover, hypercare and transition to operations.

• Ability to manage executive stakeholders, cross-country teams, dependencies and escalations.

• Fluent English.

• Relevant systems and experience

Experience with some of the following will be valuable:

• ADP GlobalView

• Workforce Software / WorkForce Software

• SD Worx

• SAP Payroll

• Workday

• Enterprise HR, payroll and time-system integrations

• Experience with payroll or time transformations in Austria, Germany or Belgium would be particularly relevant.
