We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support a Contract assignment based in New York, New York. This role will manage end-to-end payroll operations for a large employee population across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll expertise, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, and the ability to maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring accuracy from data entry through final distribution.
- Administer multi-state payroll activities while applying applicable wage, tax, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Use ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records, review earnings and deductions, and complete regular payroll processing tasks.
