Payroll Specialist – Benefits and Compensation:

• $23–$26 per hour, plus overtime opportunities

Payroll Specialist – Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Strong attention to detail with experience auditing payroll and identifying discrepancies
• Ability to analyze payroll data, research issues, and help determine root causes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work with confidential employee information

Payroll Specialist – Preferred Background & Skills

• Background with a smaller or mid-sized organization where you have handled multiple payroll responsibilities
• Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliation, benefits deductions, or timekeeping systems
• Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding the "why" behind payroll data and discrepancies
• Self-motivated, dependable professional who takes ownership and is eager to continue developing their payroll career
