Payroll Specialist
Eat'N'Go Africa is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our finance team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies. You will play a key part in maintaining employee trust and contributing to the smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently on a timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and labor regulations.
- Manage employee data in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3 years of experience in payroll processing.

Knowledge of Nigerian payroll laws and tax regulations.

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
