About the Role Benelux Payroll Specialist based in Mechelen, Belgium. Hybrid working: 1 day a week on site. Join our payroll team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across the Benelux region as part of the GSS Stanley Black & Decker Payroll Team.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll for Benelux.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Report to the Benelux Payroll Lead.
- Be part of the GSS Stanley Black & Decker Payroll Team.
