About the Role Flywire is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the APAC region based in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end payroll operations for Flywire's Asia-Pacific employees. This role collaborates with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance across APAC jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for APAC employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and vendors to resolve payroll issues and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax rules, and data privacy standards; maintain payroll documentation and audit readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience handling APAC payroll, strong knowledge of local statutory requirements and tax rules.
- Excellent data accuracy and confidentiality; strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with global payroll platforms and Flywire's systems.
- Additional language skills relevant to APAC regions.
