Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist on a 6-month contract to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international platforms and ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and process end-to-end payroll across active platforms in India and the UK.
- Conduct payroll reconciliations, variance reviews, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Audit and validate employee lifecycle changes between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Maintain SOX-compliant payroll workflows, approval processes, and audit trails.
- Support timely filing of PAYE, pensions, taxes, and other statutory obligations.
- Prepare payroll schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of dedicated payroll or HR operations experience in a professional environment.
- Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms such as Payfit, Gusto, Monnify, Razorpay, or similar cloud-based systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, complex datasets, and financial reporting.
Contract/Duration:
- Contract (6 months).
