Payroll Officer at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments.
- Ensure statutory deductions and other payroll obligations are properly processed.
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Respond to employee payroll-related enquiries.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and payroll information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
