Payroll Manager

About the Role Randstad is seeking a Payroll Manager for an entertainment company located in the Casper, WY area. This role implements, maintains, and reviews payroll operations to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, and taxes, in strict compliance with regulatory standards. To start, this role functions as an individual contributor focused strictly on payroll processing. What You'll Do

• Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records, process salaries, benefits, garnishments, and taxes, and resolve related issues in partnership with HR and finance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and tax requirements; prepare or assist with regulatory reporting as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies; respond to employee and management inquiries.
• Support ad-hoc payroll projects and process improvements as needed. What We're Looking For
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll systems; ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; collaborating with HR and finance teams. Compensation & Benefits
