Job title: Payroll Coordinator
We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to provide hands-on payroll support for an organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a payroll specialist who can quickly assess current payroll activity, investigate discrepancies, and deliver practical recommendations to strengthen accuracy and consistency. The role will focus on reviewing recent payroll cycles, evaluating how timekeeping data connects with PeopleSoft, and clearly documenting findings for stakeholders. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.
Responsibilities
- Examine the two most recent bi-weekly payroll runs for a workforce of approximately 90 to 100 employees and verify overall accuracy.
