At Factorial, we're looking for a Payroll Consultant – French Market to ensure our clients get a world-class experience across our Payroll solution.
You'll play a key role in supporting French customers during implementation and adoption, helping them optimise payroll operations and compliance workflows. This is a hands-on, expert role where your knowledge directly impacts customer success and long-term value.

About the role
As the Payroll Consultant, you will:

Support payroll implementations end-to-end: Guide French clients through the implementation and adoption of Factorial's Payroll module, ensuring a smooth transition and strong product usage.

Act as a subject-matter expert for French payroll: Deeply understand client processes, French payroll requirements, DSN obligations, conventions collectives, and compliance workflows to tailor solutions to each organisation.

Deliver consultative payroll enablement: Support payroll setup across time management, employee data, contract types, integrations, and compliance workflows, always adapting configuration to real business needs.
