• Administrator. The Administrator will report to the Director of Human Resources and will have responsibility over the area of Payroll and Benefits ensuring the university’s Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Administrator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department in advancing the university’s efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership and accountability, proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, approach employees with patience and service-mindedness, maintain accuracy under tight payroll deadlines, continuously seek process improvements and efficiencies, and stays current on employment law and compliance requirements.
