The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting payroll operations by researching and resolving payroll-related issues while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external entities to maintain compliance and ensure smooth execution of payroll activities across multiple regions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and resolve payroll-related issues impacting employees, vendors, and regulatory entities.
- Support timely and accurate payroll processing, including wage disbursements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable payroll and tax regulations across regions.
- Support payroll-related payments and reporting obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support payroll operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

4+ years of experience in a high-volume transactional environment such as payroll, accounting, data entry, information systems, or customer service.

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed, step-by-step written instructions and checklists
