About this role
The Role We’re looking for a Payroll Accounting Assistant to join our growing Canadian Operations team! In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients as you assist them with all payroll related inquiries through the below key responsibilities. Kindly note this position is for an existing role which we are actively hiring for.
Location
This position is non-remote full time based at our office in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities

Help clients with payroll inquiries or concerns via Email

Prepare payment files for clients and vendors

Test payroll inputs against expected results to ensure the onboarding data is entered correctly

Assist with ROE's and T4's

Assist in the preparation and submission of government remittance payments

Assist with any new duties that arise

Salary
Salary: $46,000 - 48,000 CAD Annually
