About the Role This on-site role ensures the accurate and timely handling of live check payments, banking transactions, and payment integrity workflows within a healthcare payment environment. The position balances financial responsibilities with administrative payment integrity functions while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Banking & Financial Operations: Receive, open, and process live check payments; create and maintain check registers; deposit funds via remote deposit capture (RDC); reconcile daily deposits; navigate online banking; maintain documentation; support internal and external audits; ensure HIPAA and policy compliance.
• Payment Integrity Support: Review and process payment integrity documentation; process outgoing payment integrity checks; identify and track overpayments, recoveries, refunds, and adjusted or returned payments; collaborate with internal teams; data entry, reporting, and administrative duties; outreach to provider collections; participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records related to payment integrity projects and case tracking; perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Required: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field; minimum of two years in banking, treasury, cash management, payment processing, healthcare finance, or related financial ops; online banking experience; strong attention to detail; excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and healthcare information.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare payment integrity, revenue cycle, claims processing, or healthcare finance; familiarity with healthcare claims, insurance payments, recoveries, or provider reimbursement; RDC scanner use; knowledge of reconciliation, audit support, and internal controls; understanding of HIPAA PHI.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare payment integrity and revenue cycle experience; familiarity with HIPAA PHI.

Compensation & Benefits
