About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Payments Insights Analytics Lead. The role plays a critical part in executing the strategic direction of Airbnb's Payments operations, enabling and facilitating data-driven decision making across the Payments Platform, Product, and Operations organizations. What You'll Do
- Help set the strategic direction for Airbnb's Payments analytics and operations.
- Enable, facilitate, and streamline integrated data-driven decision making across the Payments Platform, Product, and Operations organizations.
- Contribute to operational excellence and improved Host and Guest experiences through data and research. What We're Looking For
- Experienced analytics leader with a track record in data-driven decision making and payments/domain knowledge.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights; strong problem-solving and collaboration across cross-functional teams (Platform, Product, Operations).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to drive data-informed decisions.
