About the Role Ripple is looking for a Payments Discovery & Strategy Lead to map a client's end-to-end payment workflows - wire, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, RTP, and beyond - advising on modernization and driving API-based bank connectivity across financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers.
What You'll Do
- Lead structured discovery sessions to map a client's end-to-end payment workflows - wire, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, RTP, and beyond - identifying bottlenecks, approval gaps, and bank connectivity requirements.
- Advise clients on payment modernization strategies, including migration from legacy file-based formats to API-driven bank connectivity via the ClearConnect Gateway.
- Configure and test bank connectivity for payment initiation, including SWIFT, H2H file exchange, and direct API integrations via the CCG connector framework.
