What You'll Do
- Provide daily direction to the department's workflow and manage processing tasks within bankruptcy filings (Chapter 7, 11, or 13) or charge-off status.
- Support and cultivate strong relationships through member contact, quality member service, and superior knowledge; handle incoming calls, mail, email, and staff correspondence; keep records accurate.
