What You'll Do
- Understand and comply with pay confidentiality requirements and laws addressing pay inquiries.
- Do not disclose pay information to unauthorized parties unless exceptions apply (e.g., formal complaint or charge; investigation or proceeding; or legal duty to furnish information).
- Exercise good judgment and avoid unauthorized or improper disclosures; preserve and protect confidentiality of compensation information.
- Ensure access to pay information is limited to those with a business reason and protect Firm equipment when handling confidential pay data.
- Be aware that violations may lead to disciplinary action up to termination.
