About the Role See Vision Eye Institute is seeking a patient-focused professional to manage the patient journey end to end in a surgical ophthalmology setting. This role involves coordinating clinic and surgical scheduling, verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, coordinating referrals, and ensuring patients are fully prepared before arrival. What You'll Do
- Own the patient journey end to end, managing clinic and surgical scheduling
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations
- Coordinate referrals and ensure patients are prepared for their visit
- Serve as the liaison between patients, clinical team, and insurance companies to keep processes moving What We're Looking For
- Warm, outgoing, and genuinely people-focused
- Sharp, detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Background in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, or EMR systems a plus (not required)
- Ability to commute to Lake Worth, FL
- Availability Monday–Friday; no evenings or weekends Nice to Have
