About the Role Concord Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Patient Registrar in Diagnostic Registration to manage and create patient accounts, including medical records, and support revenue cycle activities. The role collaborates with patients, families, and the care team to verify demographics and assist with insurance eligibility and payment options. What You'll Do
- Manage and create patient accounts and medical records for services rendered.
- Engage in revenue cycle activities while coordinating with patients, families, and the care team.
- Verify patient demographics and support financial compliance, insurance eligibility responses, and payment options. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service setting; proficient in navigating computerized systems.
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is desired. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare environment experience is a plus.
