About this role
About the Role As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude. You'll help patients feel welcome whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment, and you'll assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. What You'll Do
- Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Guide patients through check-in/check-out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options.
- Express appreciation to patients for choosing us and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. What We're Looking For
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
