About the Role Randstad is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients in our Neurology Department. This is a 100% remote role with the possibility of onsite training for staff development. The role focuses on delivering compassionate patient support and coordinating access to care. What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, guiding them through the healthcare process
- Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and assist with enrollment and data entry
- Coordinate with Neurology department staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely communication
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy guidelines
- Utilize remote tools to manage scheduling, intake, and follow-up communications What We're Looking For
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an empathetic approach
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and comfort with technology
- Interest in supporting a Neurology department and patient access workflows Nice to Have
- Prior healthcare or medical facility experience
- Familiarity with patient scheduling systems or electronic medical records (EMR) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24 - $26 per hour
- This is a remote position with potential onsite training as needed
