About this role
About the Role Koch IP Holdings, LLC seeks an experienced patent agent with a business-oriented approach to patent portfolio development to join our integrated intellectual property team supporting Koch’s diverse companies around the globe, including Guardian and Invista. The role can be located in Wichita, KS; Atlanta, GA; or Lisle, IL, and will partner with stakeholders, outside counsel, and in-house counsel to build and manage global patent portfolios while advancing process improvements and AI adoption.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand innovations and business objectives
- Develop, shape, and manage global patent portfolios, including overseeing outside counsel in the preparation of patent applications and efficiently managing a global patent docket
- Assist with competitive patent searches and risks assessments
