Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant pastry-making experience.
- Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques and presentation.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
