Job Description
- Assist the pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, bread and desserts to the restaurant's standard.
- Prepare doughs, fillings, ingredients and decorations ahead of service.
- Keep the pastry section clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help monitor stock and report shortages.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' relevant pastry or kitchen experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Comfortable handling the role with little to no supervision.
- Able to commute to Maitama, Abuja and resume immediately.
