About the Role Pastoral Manager at Oasis Academy Don Valley, part of Oasis Community Learning. The role focuses on ensuring clarity in progression to enable all students to make outstanding progress and achieve exceptional outcomes, while upholding safeguarding and welfare across the academy. What You'll Do
- Provide pastoral leadership to support student progression and wellbeing across the academy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement pastoral systems and ensure safeguarding.
- Contribute to a positive school culture and drive improvements for students across the 2–16 age range.
- Engage in visits to the academy to understand ethos and meet staff.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements, enhanced DBS checks, and right to work in the UK. What We're Looking For

- Experience in pastoral leadership or related roles within education.

- Salary: Full-time equivalent SCP 17-23.
